The functional face of financial SAP: they configure FI and CO without writing code. When the engagement asks for configuration and not development, it goes through their row.
Dynamics 365 Developer
The neighbouring ERP of the ecosystem: if the system that rules is Dynamics and not SAP, whoever programs AL or X++ is the row. Both share clients and calendars.

When the platform the project asks for is ITSM and not ERP: ServiceNow is their ecosystem and their language, with the same platform logic.
